Your role with us
• You develop individual visions and concepts for New Work offices and support our clients in creating an optimal new working environment.
• You enjoy creative design concepts and forward-looking space planning.
• You design office spaces with high interior architectural standards and inspire our clients with individual New Work concepts.
• You have a feel for the requirements and organisational structures of a wide range of companies, analyse their needs, and derive implementation strategies from them.
• You support our clients from the tender process and sampling through to on-site coordination.
• You manage your team and external working groups, represent user-side interests towards owners and landlords, coordinate change management, and support handovers of rental spaces.
With these skills you complement our team
• You have successfully completed your training or degree (architecture, interior architecture, project management), have already gained several years of professional experience, and bring advanced expertise in project management.
• With your motivating and approachable manner, you inspire your team and our clients, and you moderate jour fixe meetings and client workshops.
• With a high degree of initiative and organisational talent, you successfully steer your projects to the finish line.
• You are flexible and can quickly switch between the varied tasks in project management.
• You communicate confidently in German and English, both written and spoken.
• You are proficient in using CAD tools, image editing software, and Microsoft 365
