Vedacon has been demonstrated its know-how since 2008 in more than 60 projects.
During that time 7.000 workstations and 170 000 sqm of office space were planned. Selected references below will give you an impression about the performance.
The company headquarters of Deutsche Leasing in Bad Homburg was revitalized and expanded with extensive new construction. To ensure a smooth operation during the construction phase, the 1.350 employees were moved to an interim space.
Vedacon advised the Deutsche Leasing throughout the project and coordinated all activities of the relocation. The specific spatial structure of the interim building called the project team of Vedacon well as the variety of organizational units to be planned and reuse of existing furniture.
After nearly two years of construction the building of new headquarters were put back into operation under the organizational leadership of Vedacon. As part of the revitalization Vedacon developed the space planning and furniture concept and took over the interior design of the conference areas, the board rooms and for the canteen.
In addition to implementing these concepts Vedacon accompanied the Deutsche Leasing particularly by coaching of the project and work groups, change management and the entire tendering process.
The successful collaboration continues to this day. Vedacon supports the Deutsche Leasing now in restructuring processes and the supervision of construction work of the various branches throughout the country.
In spring 2012, Condor Flugdienst GmbH will move into the new corporate headquarters next to Frankfurt Airport with about 400 employees.
Since the beginning of the project in 2009, Vedacon is an important project partner and advised the airline throughout the selection process of the new property. Besides the creation of the detailed application profile and comparative space plannings, the selection of the project developer and the significant involvement in the lease negotiations as well as the definition of the tenant fit out description were included in the consulting services.
After selecting the property Vedacon received the mandate to coordinate the entire relocation. Besides the conceptual planning of the office space, especially the integration of the crew area, mock-up, service training and training area in the new building had to be considered in this project. A large number of internal working groups and external partners are involved in these processes and are controlled by Vedacon.
The design of the offices for Condor is jointly developed with an internal design group. This ensures that the new concept will be implemented successfully, taking into account all the demands on design, ergonomics and sound insulation.

In 2009, the Deloitte Touche GmbH, location Berlin, decided to extend the existing lease for another 15 years, with respect to a good development at the site of the City West and the existing infrastructure for the employees on the Kurfuerstendamm.
Due to the positive economic and human development, Deloitte has expanded into all office floors of the property and is now represented in the “Deloitte House.”
After the conclusion of the lease contract, Vedacon created the requirement profile for the subsequent space allocation and planning.
A cellular office concept has prevailed due to the different specific areas of consulting, in addition to various in-house tested spatial concepts.
The building will act more appealing in the future by increasing the transparency in the corridors by using glass doors, open pantries and a modern lighting concept.
Vedacon accompanied the 12 months of continuous, logistically complex construction, which is performed during operation.
Services, such as the removal of all organizational units, including the restructuring of the sectors overlapping with construction processes, and user representation to the client and the development of interior design concepts complete the consulting package.
The Buss Group in Hamburg has moved into its new office in September 2011.
A milestone in history for the traditional company because they moved from the Hamburg Port, an industrial site, into a modern office building in the new Hafencity.
After starting in 2010, the project could be realized after only 12 months, from the search of the property to the move.

The new property provided high design requirements for the planners of Vedacon due to the specific building structure during the planning phase.
The space is occupied with cellular offices so that the middle areas of the building can be used for pantries and meetings points to increase the communication within the company.
Through the use of large glass panels in the corridors the middle areas get daylight seem bright and welcoming. A concept for new office furniture that was especially designed for BUSS offers employees a pleasant working atmosphere in a modern environment.
The 170 staff have settled quickly and now enjoy the attractive site.
Equens SE, one of the largest payment processors in Europe and market leader in the field of sustainable solutions for the processing of payments and card payments, took the worldwide launch of new corporate standards as an opportunity to verify the German office locations concerning necessary measures and implementing them.
As one of the first projects in 2009 the Frankfurt branch was analysed and it was decided to realize the corporate standards in a new rental space and to move the 200 employees.
The adaption of the guidelines to the building structure as well as the technical aspects required by the ISO security measures played a significant role in this project.
In the Stuttgart branch raised the same task, but with the special challenge of rebuilding the existing office space during the office continued to be used.
During the 4-month construction in several stages, the 100 employees had to move into interim spaces until finally all new workstations could be occupied.
As part of the coordination of both projects Vedacon managed an international company group, developed design concepts for interior design and all special areas and directed its implementation to the move management.
At both branches, the requirements could be implemented to the satisfaction of all parties under the project management of Vedacon.
The management of Emirates airline decided in 2009 to look for new office space and relocate the 80 staff in Frankfurt am Main. The reason for this decision was to find a space efficient and modern office building for the future.
Vedacon accompanied the Emirates during the entire selection process, defined request profiles for transfer to landlords and developers and evaluated the real estate offers and moderated the lease negotiations, including the examination and determination of tenant fit out description.
After completion of the lease contract Vedacon coordinated the whole project, from detailed planning and interior architectural design of the user representation to the relocation management.
Main focus was the development of a new furniture concept for the employees, which is used in a variety of modular office structures.
For the open plan offices acoustic surfaces on furniture were primarily necessary measures, their implementation in addition to the color scheme played a special role.
Furthermore the conference rooms were equipped with modern technical equipment and a new lounge for the employees and guests of the Emiratesoffers an attractive and contemporary environment.
The new location in Westend Carree meets the requirements in all respects.
Adecco Personaldienstleistungen GmbH
Adecco Personaldienstleistungen GmbH has been implemented international Corporate Standards in its nationwide branch offices under the project management of Vedacon since many years.
It applies to Vedacon, to ensure the uniform design of the front office areas and to control all the structural and organizational processes.
The challenge for the planning team primarily in the implementation of the requirements in different properties. Also, the promotional presentation of the personnel service within and outside of the rental space is part of the planning area of responsibility of Vedacon. More than 50 sites were looked after in recent years, there is also the concept again in the head office in Duesseldorf.
DIS AG
For the DIS AG Vedacon has designed and implemented an exceptional design concept in Wiesbaden. An evocative lighting design of this office space delivers a special atmosphere at any time of day.
In 2009 the SEAT automobile importer decided to move to a new office building. The new administrative center of the two car brands SEAT and Skoda in Weiterstadt was completed in 2011 and occupied.
Both companies got the possibility in the new designed building to realize modern office space in combination with an exhibition space for vehicles and a large event and conference center.
As part of the project management Vedacon developed a new office concept, with open-plan spaces, cellular offices and think tanks for SEAT.
This flexible system offers SEAT the ability to respond quickly and efficiently to future changes.
New furniture in different working heights now offers employees a new landscape for working to meet different working requirements.
To represent SEAT as an automotive brand in the office space, design elements have been implemented around the theme of 'automobile'. Meeting points integrated in the office space invite the employees to take a break and talk. A large sport area also offers the possibility of active relaxation during the working day.
The move was also managed by Vedacon, organized and carried out only on a weekend.
In 2010, a dynamic software company TuneUp decided to relocate in Darmstadt.
Even at the beginning of the project the decision makers quickly realized that the requirements can be represented best in a modern and flexible working environment preferably in a newly designed building.
After a attendance of an extensive selection process Vedacon now controls the project together with the project management of TuneUp.
The project team pays special attention to equipping the workspace. Various work processes of each department are taken into account when planning the furniture as well as the creation of special areas. In addition to a welcoming reception area with meeting rooms connected TuneUp puts great emphasis on the design of the spacious lounge.
A multifunctional area with kitchen, bar and lounge, game will be available for the staff after the move in early 2012.
The roof terrace with great views also underlines the character of the new property.
